Buddha on the Heart's Knowing
Direct Channeled Message – Received from the Buddha in meditation
I Am the Buddha.
There is no tomorrow to spend today thinking about it. There is only here and now, and peace is found by sitting still in the body you already inhabit.
Peace is love — self love, for a calm mind gives the heart room to feel joy, and in joy one is free of suffering and rests in lovingkindness. Let the mind subside so the heart can speak. What the heart knows runs deeper than what the mind can reason. When in doubt, trust that knowing. It will show you the path to take.
I, the Buddha, guide all disciples toward the right living that enlightenment requires, and it is my joy to lead beings to the other shore. My intention is this: let your heart speak, and peace, joy, and love will follow.
Be still in this truth: what is yours cannot be taken, and what is not yours cannot stay. Let go of the need to grasp what was never meant to remain. This is the practice of non-attachment — to let what is be, and let what is not fall away. Nothing valuable is ever lost, for the soul knows its own way and will carry you there.
Settle into your heart. Breathe until the mind quiets and the heart can be heard. Do you trust that it speaks the truth to you? Like the wind, fully knowing where it moves, your heart is one with all things. It simply knows.
Practice mindfulness. Whatever you do, wherever you are, however you choose to be, let it be allowed. Notice what moves inside you without judgment, for the mind cannot grasp the larger truth on its own. Let the present moment settle. Sit with who you are today: growing, living, breathing consciousness, the very consciousness that created all of existence. See this clearly, trust the heart, and be free.
This is my message for you today.
